Oreo Truffles
Ingredients:
- 1 14.3 oz package of regular Oreos 
- 1 8oz brick of cream cheese (room temperature) 
- 1 12oz bag of semi sweet chocolate chips (could also use white chocolate, dark, etc.) 
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (or other neutral oil) 
Recipe:
- Pulse Oreos in a food processor until the crumbs are very fine. 
- Mix together room temperature block of cream cheese and Oreo crumbs (either with electric mixer or by hand) 
- Roll the cream cheese/Oreo mixture into 1 inch truffles 
- Refrigerate the truffles in the refrigerator for about an hour, until firm enough to work with 
- Melt chocolate chips (either in the microwave in 30 second bursts or in a double boiler) and coconut oil 
- Dip and coat the truffles into the melted chocolate mixture; top with sprinkles if desired 
- Refrigerate overnight 
- Plate and enjoy 😊
