Kale Chips
Ingredients:
A few bunches of kale (stems removed)
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Optional toppings: breadcrumbs, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, grated parmesan
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350º
Tear the kale into pieces (depending how large you want your chips to be).
Massage olive oil into the kale.
Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste.
Bake for 10-15 minutes (until desired crisp is reached).
Finish with any toppings!
