Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • A few bunches of kale (stems removed)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Optional toppings: breadcrumbs, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, grated parmesan

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º

  2. Tear the kale into pieces (depending how large you want your chips to be).

  3. Massage olive oil into the kale.

  4. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes (until desired crisp is reached).

  6. Finish with any toppings!

  7. Plate & enjoy 😊
